Within 24 hours, you will receive a second update confirming that your order has entered processing.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order enters processing, it is typically dispatched the same business day.
You will receive:

Customs & Import Processing

Orders are dispatched from our licensed international medical fulfillment partners.

Your parcel may be processed by your local customs authority.
This can occasionally cause delays.
We recommend ordering ahead to avoid interruptions in your treatment plan.

Customs delays typically range from a few days to 2–3 weeks in rare cases.

Lost Orders & Reshipments

If your order is lost in transit, we will reship or refund it, provided the issue is reported within 8 weeks of shipment.

We will replace your order if:

  • The normal delivery window + 7 days has passed

  • The shipping address provided was correct

If an incorrect address was provided, replacement shipments may incur an additional charge.
If the original parcel is returned to us, a refund will be processed once received.


Returns & Refunds
