Fit Journey is registered as a pharmacy with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
We purchase all of our medication from the exact same places as your traditional high street pharmacies. Irrespective of online or high street pharmacy, medicine can only be obtained from a certified and approved distributor.
All treatments are sent in discreet packaging:
- No mention of the medication appears on the packaging, so only you'll know what's inside.
- No logos.
- No mention of pharmacy.
- No description of the contents.
Your medical and personal information is completely confidential and only will only be viewable by our prescribers and pharmacy team.
Our service is available 24 hours a day for you to complete a consultation at a time that suits you, with no appointment needed.
For Saturday delivery, this option must be selected to ensure a guaranteed service.
Orders must be placed before 3:30pm on a Friday.
This will be delivered using Royal Mail or DPD dependent on which is more reliable at the time.
